Features:

Machined from solid steel barstock for durability

The this Series employs threaded sleeve locking mechanism,mates with matching male threads on th nipple.The two halves must be manually threaded together for connection.

Hard,chrome alloy balls are used for valving.They a spring loaded for positive seating of the valve.

The avlve provides a metal-to-metal seal between th ball and a coined seat.

The body seal is polyurethane which resists high pressure extrusion.

A threaded valve retainer provides a valve stop that assures positive valve alignment.

Applications:

This Series couplings with their threaded union locking system and precision ball-type check valves, are designed for extreme high pressure applications such as found on portable hydraulic rams.
